The objects of the Association are in all lawful ways, to promote and foster the highest degree of safety in the transportation of school children; to foster and promote the common business interests of its members without deriving profit for itself or any member firm; to provide an instrumentality through which members may... coordinate their efforts in handling problems of common concern; to consider and take appropriate action on governmental matters affecting the school transportation industry; to cooperate with other associations having similar interests and common goals; to engage in all other lawful activities affecting the welfare of the school transportation industry.
