School Transportation Association of Massachusetts runs this website. This page says what it keeps about you, why, and who to ask about it.

When you send School Transportation Association of Massachusetts something through this site, such as an application to join, a class registration, an order, a vendor application, or a renewal form or a survey, it keeps what you write: usually your name, email address, phone number and company. It uses that to answer you and to run its membership, training and events. It does not sell it, or give it to anyone to market to you.

A class registration can include a driver's license number, a home address and a phone number. Those are stored encrypted.

School Transportation Association of Massachusetts emails you only about something you asked for, or about your membership: a confirmation, an invoice, a reminder.

If you receive its newsletter, every issue has a link to stop it.

Card payments are taken by Stripe. You type your card number on Stripe's own page, and it never reaches School Transportation Association of Massachusetts or this site.

If you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in between pages. A link that opens your own invoice, form or survey is exchanged for a cookie as soon as you open it, so the address stops carrying it. None of these is used for advertising.

This site also uses Google Analytics to count visits, and Google sets cookies of its own to do it. Nothing you type into a form is sent to Google.

The site is run for School Transportation Association of Massachusetts by a service provider, which keeps this information on its behalf, in the United States, and uses it for nothing else.

It passes on only what each of these needs: DigitalOcean, which hosts it and stores its files; Resend, which delivers its email; Cloudflare, which checks that a form was sent by a person and not a program; Stripe, for card payments; Google Analytics, which counts visits; Google Fonts, for its typefaces: your browser fetches them from Google, which sees your internet address; and YouTube, on a page with a video, when that page loads.
